Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Generating sales leads via phone, email, and walk-in visits at local businesses
• Scheduling sales appointments
• Tracking appointments, status reports, and sales
• Effectively demonstrating product uses and benefits
• Identifying customer needs and wants, and ways in which our product will meet them
• After sale follow-ups for premium customer service
• Maintaining positive customer relations to enhance consumer value
• Obtaining and developing client referrals
• Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Working professionally with other sales associates to develop new strategies for sales closings
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter, goal driven
• Keen negotiation skills
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient organization and time-management skills
• Familiar with CRM practices
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with applicable sales experience
• Outside sales experience a huge plus
